Every agreement is written to a tamper-evident ledger: the exact attestation wording and its version, the buyer’s counterparty type and intended use, the time, the IP, and a sealed signature. Each record is cryptographically sealed, so any later edit flags as “altered.” When a processor or auditor asks, you export the full ledger as a CSV in one click.
Card and wallet payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, run through an embedded Stripe Payment Element on your own checkout, so card data goes straight to Stripe and never touches your server (the lightest PCI scope, SAQ-A).
